Any new solution supplied by us is tested and pre-configured with your software (where available), to our workshop standard setup at no extra cost prior to delivery or installation. This minimises the risk of receiving faulty equipment and time spent on site, that could cause you added expense and loss of productive time.

We understand the importance of productive time for a business, therefore all on site installations are arranged at a mutually convenient time.

For solutions not purchased from AKAL, we can provide the necessary expertise that you may require for an on site configuration.
